Write down everything that will influence your content portfolio
If you would like to develop a content strategy for your company, we recommend that you first ask yourself the following questions:

Make note of your company's most important goals, as well as any marketing objectives.
Will your company launch new products or services?
Will you target new audiences? What are your existing audiences?
Will you be more likely to achieve your sales targets with existing customers or with new customers?
What insights are there from controlling loan database for customer loyalty, and what for customer and fan acquisition?

Which employee has which skills?
Which business processes influence content creation?
Which tools are important for success analysis?
How is content maintenance carried out?
Write down your buyer personas and their information needs.
For which personas do you write which articles?
In which phase of the customer journey is my potential customer?
How, with what wording, will you address your potential customers?
What content offerings will you offer, when and to whom?
Prioritize the channels you want to use to reach your customers.
When and through which channels is your company most likely to receive attention?
Do you need more custom content offerings for your mobile website in the future?
What is the trend in the information behavior of your buyer personas? Are your buyer personas increasingly using video content or do they prefer to read e-books?
