Today is International Yoga Day and I'm itching to share my very private yoga story with you on this occasion. But strictly speaking, nothing about yoga is private anymore.

Are there still traditional organic shops in your area? Like the ones that came into being in the 1970s and 1980s, when the hippie generation moved from the fun phase to the serious phase of life. In Wiesbaden, where I live, there is exactly one of these old shops left. And now the organic shop even has its own tree - the spoon tree by artist Titus Grab.
