A sales funnel for B2C products may have the following stages and look something like this:

Attention-grabbing (Awareness):
Example: A potential client sees an advertisement for your product on social networks, in search results, or on a store website.
Interest:
Example: After going to the product page, the customer studies its description, characteristics and photos. He can read reviews from other buyers.
Desire:
Example: The customer decides that the product meets their lithuania email list needs and becomes interested in purchasing it. They can add the product to their shopping cart or wishlist.
Action:
Example: A customer places an order by selecting a payment method and specifying a delivery address.
Order Confirmation:
Example: After completing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation, which includes the order information and a tracking number for shipping.
Delivery and Receipt:
Example: The product is delivered to the customer and the customer receives it at the specified time and place.
Post-Sale Service:
Example: After receiving the product, the customer can ask for support, warranty or return if necessary.
Repeat Purchases and Loyalty:
Example: A company offers a customer additional products, discounts, and incentives for repeat purchases. The customer becomes loyal and returns regularly for new purchases.
Referral Activity:
Example: A satisfied customer recommends a product or store to their friends and acquaintances, attracting new potential customers.
