What does Michael Schumacher teach us about teamwork?

J1B is a blog about marketing in all its forms, but every once in a while I write something more personal. It is then met with positive reception – like when I wrote about my success story in the author's song review.

So when I was invited by Grant's to share a list of people to whom I owe something in my life, I didn't hesitate for a moment. The brand is launching a new campaign in which such people are the main theme. See for yourself:

I really liked the idea. Why? I often come across posts online whose authors boast that they china rcs data achieved everything on their own. They owe their success only to themselves! They earned it with their own hands! And so on.

I do not deny their efforts. The problem is that we often forget that it is the help or support of other people that allows us to reach our goal . Just as behind every leader there is a team that works together to win, behind each of us there is a group of people thanks to whom we are where we are now.

Michael Schumacher understands this perfectly and after each victory he used to thank his team – if it weren't for the speed and precision with which they work, he wouldn't achieve such times (do you know that they taught this to surgeons in one of the American hospitals?).
