The exception is Instagram*, as it is a platform banned in the Russian Federation. Placing ads (even labeled ones) on Instagram* automatically leads to a violation of another law and funding of banned organizations.

*Belongs to the Meta company, which is recognized as extremist in Russia.

How much space should the labeling text take up on an advertising post?

The only recommendation is that the text should be readable and distinguishable against the general background. Each advertising platform has its own rules.

Do I need to mark posts in my open TG channel?

No. But if you advertise something there and someone paid you money for it, then you need to mark it.

What about self-promotion?*

For example, if you are running a promotion on your website and bangladesh telegram data selling refrigerators at a 30% discount, then in this case you don't need to mark anything. You haven't paid yourself any money.

*However, in some cases labeling may be required.

Should barter and cross-promotion be labeled?

All activities related to barter agreements must also be labeled, as they fall under the signs of advertising activities. This also applies to promotional activities that require entering information into ORD and ERIR.

It is important to regularly check the data submitted to ORD and ERIR. If errors are found, correct them and monitor the completeness of the reporting.

In case of incomplete/incorrect data submission, the reporting will be considered not submitted, which may entail penalties.
