Intuition is good and it is a powerful weapon

— You have said that 8 out of 10 projects that are launched fail within the first three months. What are the most common mistakes that are made? What would you recommend to an entrepreneur to get through the first months of a project without any problems?
Indeed, 8 out of 10 products launched on the market fail; the figure in Japan is 9 out of 10. Despite the fact that thorough market studies are carried out before launching a product, the reality is that traditional market research has many shortcomings .
Traditional market research does not delve into the mind of the consumer, and therefore ignores vital aspects of purchasing decisions. That is what I meant with the statement you mentioned.
Neuromarketing plays an important role today when launching a product on the market , because it delves into the depths of our decision-making mind, which is not exactly our rational nursing homes email list brain, but our reptilian brain, the most primitive, the one that makes decisions and the one that works on an unconscious level, undetectable by traditional market research mechanisms.
I would tell an entrepreneur who wants to launch his “product”/“project” to carry out traditional market research, but not to treat it as an article of faith, but rather as a reference. I would advise him to listen to his intuition as well.
For me, intuition is the maximum speed of intelligence, our great vital CRM. We do not pay attention to it because the world we live in has immersed us in the RATIONALITY of everything and this is absolutely not real.
Let me explain, we have been taught that if something cannot be proven, it almost does NOT EXIST. Viruses have always existed, and yet, until the arrival of the electron microscope we did not know they existed!!!
Data is often of no use!!! And if not, let's remember the Pepsi case: The data showed that Pepsi was the winner... People preferred Pepsi!!! But the reality was different. People continued drinking Coca-Cola .
—To what extent can analysis and measurement help us reinvent ourselves if necessary?
Not at all. In fact, I think it's dangerous . I know all too well what analysis paralysis means.
It is fine to take data into account as a reference, but it should not be a DOGMA of FAITH . VISION is the most important thing . Sometimes VISION does not have tangible data behind it!
— Content marketing is essential for attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. It is not an easy task… To what extent does content marketing affect search results?
To get results, the first thing you need is a strategy . And a strategy is more than just having in mind to write, say, 10 blog posts every month. This is not a content strategy.
A written action plan is needed with specific objectives, deadlines and initiatives - a firm, solid, well thought-out plan with key performance indicators (KPIs) that allow us to establish specific and measurable objectives. For example:
The increase in “SEO value”
Building backlinks to your website
Increase in readers/visits to your website
Create brand awareness
Get more subscribers
Generate commitment
The establishment of authority
Get more leads or sales
You can greatly increase (I have achieved up to 140% more in 4 months) organic visits from Google thanks to Content Marketing. My overall strategy is based on Content + Social Media , Content + Email Marketing .
— Google is now the beacon that everyone looks to for positioning. How can we better leverage social media for personal benefit?
Social media is like a loudspeaker, but the message we want to spread must be carefully crafted. The message must be carefully crafted because it will be a reflection of our personal brand. I prefer to talk about social media because it encompasses more than just social media. Let's see which social media is the most appropriate for promoting the personal brand:
LinkedIn is the social network aimed at professionals. It is without a doubt the best platform to start building your brand.
Google Plus is for me the second most important platform. The content distributed on Google Plus will be shown in Google search results. This certainly benefits the SEO of your personal brand.
Twitter is a great place to search and find real-time conversations
Slideshare allows you to build a channel with your presentations. Very useful because you can link it to LinkedIn and Google Plus. You can also embed the presentations in your blog. Slideshare is a good channel to generate traffic to your website/BLOG.
About.me is a platform that allows you to create a personal page with a very attractive format and in a very simple way.
