Do you have a lot of things or details to do during your workday that you don't want to forget for any reason?

You just have to click on the “Tasks” option where you can write down all the errands or things you have to do. To activate it, go to the left sidebar.

With this option you will automatically dj email list have a new panel to the right of your calendar where you can add tasks to your list, and if they have a date, they will appear on your calendar so you will not have any excuses for forgetting them.

Set alarms to make the most of Google Calendar
This is the feature I most recommend for forgetful people.

With Google Calendar you will have three ways to receive your alarms:

1. Text message
You just need a cell phone and Google Calendar will send you an SMS reminding you of that meeting you scheduled, for in a few minutes. It's quite useful if you're not the type of person who is 100% of the time in the office.

2. Mail
Receive an email in advance so you don't miss that super important meeting.

3. Pop-up window
This is the most direct way of getting notified, as the popup will appear on your screen while you are doing whatever: typing, browsing the Internet, etc., and it doesn't matter what computer you are on. There are no excuses for forgetting!

Share calendars with your colleagues
From the “My Calendars” list on the left sidebar, you have the option to share your calendars with your partners.

This is the best way to keep you and your team on the same page , and if you're just starting a business, it will be a great help to ensure that deadlines are met and that everyone involved agrees on their schedules.

In addition to this advantage, you can also add any colleague's calendar from the menu by clicking on the “Other calendars” option, but you will need the colleague's approval to see his or her calendar.

It's important to mention that if you want to send your calendar to someone who doesn't use Google Calendar, you can do so without any problem.

If you make it public by clicking “Calendar Settings” and then “Calendar Details” you can send your calendar URL to whoever you want.

Access your calendar offline
If you are a professional who travels a lot for business, it is normal to lose connection in certain places, but you don't have to worry.

Google Calendar allows you to download your calendar even when you are offline, but you will not be able to update it.

The way to do this is to click the wheel button in the top right corner of the browser and choose the “Offline” option.

Make sure you have the Google Calendar app downloaded on your device and that you have Chrome installed so that it downloads properly.

Turn your calendar into an agenda
Google Calendar offers you various views, such as viewing the calendar by week or month.

It also offers you the option to view it as an agenda, with which you can see all the elements of your calendar as if it were a small physical notebook, as you probably used to have.

“Find a space” with your teammates
Google Calendar’s “Find a Space” feature lets you and your team work together to find the perfect time for everyone to get together.

Sometimes it is difficult to set a day when each member is free to hold an important meeting.

So Google Calendar will give you a visualization of your team's calendars to save you the hassle of asking them. This way, you'll be able to schedule a day that works for everyone.

Simply add your colleagues to an event as guests and Google Calendar will show you their available days.
