From my own experience, as well as that of my agency and our clients, I know that this is a really effective way to build image, trust and increase sales. In fact, as an agency, we use this form all the time!



How to get customer reviews and recommendations for your website?

Ask for feedback after purchase
E-mail is the best tool for collecting reviews . It is used by small shops and the largest e-commerce players – with Amazon, Allegro, and Booking at the forefront. How many times have you been asked to evaluate a purchase and stay? How many times have you recommended Allegro? ;)

It is important to send such emails as soon as possible after a purchase or use of a service. This is when the experience associated with them is strongest.

That's why right after an Uber or Bolt ride, we're asked to leave a rating.

Be careful not to ask someone about their washing machine experience before they've even plugged it in. Give customers enough time to use or test the product, but not too long that they forget about it.

Sometimes one message may not be enough – don’t be afraid to schedule several such reminders . Of course, always be friendly, open and appreciate the customers’ contribution to the development of the brand/product.

Test different variants and scenarios – this is the only way to develop the best communication path with your customers.
