We decided to introduce such a simple profile, which of course has limited visibility for patients, but which allows every facility, Polish facility, to be on Kliniki.pl.
Why?

Thanks to these free profiles, we notice that facilities are starting to notice us, that we are on the market, because they have this profile. They can take over this profile, they can manage it, they can add photos there, they can change the description, they can add doctors. And they often apply to become our client, because they see that the visibility of this free profile is limited and, above all, they are not on the indexes where medical procedures are listed. This is because a very important element in Kliniki.pl for the patient is the price lists of all medical procedures in a given medical facility. So, in our case, if a patient enters Kliniki.pl, they will find all the procedures and their prices that a given facility performs.
So, if I want to have a hernia operation, I can come to Kliniki.pl, see in Warsaw or Łódź which facilities do hernia operations, how much it will cost. So this is very important. Those facilities that have a free profile do not have these price lists, so here the patient is repulsed by this. What is also important and what I said, until mid-2019 we had such a business model that resulted from many attempts made to get to the right one. We had clients who only paid a subscription, we had clients who were only on commission. We had clients who paid both. And we decided that this final business model was to be hybrid, i.e. low, subscription and commission on services performed, but all - all procedures - regardless of whether they cost PLN 100, PLN 200, PLN 500 or PLN 10,000.
