This is a framework formed from the initial letters of four important elements in marketing: product, price, place, and promotion.

Since all four of these elements interact with sales directors email database each other, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of your company's strengths and weaknesses.

Product

Think about the content of your product or service.
You need to think not just about the simple product specifications, but also about the benefits it provides to customers, its competitive advantages, USP, etc.

A strong market positioning of the product's characteristics will make it easier to analyze pricing.

Place
We determine the selling price in the market.
We set the price to maximize sales and profits, taking into account costs and customer needs.

Especially for products and services with high price elasticity, even a small price increase can have a significant impact on sales volume, so price changes must be made carefully.

Place
Decide where to sell your products.
You need to consider the location comprehensively, including population, transportation access, competitor locations, and land prices.

For example, if you are offering products with no price difference in a restaurant or other establishment with a lot of competition, you will not be able to attract customers unless you are located in a place with good transportation access.
Also, if your product is well positioned, you can open a store in a marketplace with a lot of competition to reduce customer acquisition costs and deliver your product to the right target.

Promotion

We decide on the advertising method.
Taking into consideration the strengths and weaknesses of the product, price, location, etc., we plan the advertisement to convey the appeal of the product to the target in the greatest extent possible.
