You need to understand the needs and desires of your target audience well. To do this, answer a few questions:

What would people like to ask about your product or service?
What objections and fears might they have?
What are subscribers interested in, what do they need, and how can this be solved with the help of content?
Understand these points. Then formulate specific goals for your SMM strategy:

increase sales;
engage people and build trust in the company;
expand your contact base and number of subscribers.
Set one or more goals, and try to make them china email list as specific as possible, for example, “add 5,000 subscribers” or “get at least 40 leads per month from social networks.”

Step 2: Brainstorming ideas
You need to work out the main headings. Each niche can have its own. Let's look at the example of an online store of equipment and electronics:

useful information – how to choose a smartphone, what to do if your laptop freezes;
products – stories about goods and their advantages;
user stories – photos, reviews and opinions of buyers;
questions and answers – methods of ordering, delivery and payment;
entertainment – memes, congratulations, jokes, etc.
Once you have a map of the categories, you will be able to come up with a few initial topics for publications. But in the future, you will need more ideas. Where to get them from?

Here are a couple of options:

study and analyze direct and indirect competitors;
collect questions from subscribers and try to answer them in your next posts;
Analyze queries in Google Trends.
These sources of ideas will be of great help to you in those cases when you can’t come up with anything.
