This is just one of many examples of how we work to increase our customers' loyalty and try to make our offers more personalized and meaningful to them.

We had four blocks that were displayed if the client did not fill in certain data. The sequence of displaying these blocks was important here. We did not insert them all at once, but took into account various checks.

Registration date. It is important for us that the client registers on the site and austria rcs data creates a personal account where we can collect information about them. Therefore, we encouraged clients to register if their data was unknown.
Memorable date. We also asked customers to fill in the date of their wedding or another important event in their life. This information helped us be more personal and create special offers.
Birthday. If the customer filled in other information but not their birthday, we suggested that they enter it. We included this block in different emails depending on what information the customer already had.

The email completion rate was 17%. Of these blocks, the anniversary email was the best-converting. This was a surprise to us, as we expected Birthday to be more popular. However, both types of emails—anniversary and birthday—were successful. Most importantly, these trigger emails were the most profitable for our campaign and helped drive sales.
