"Now any developer can choose their own scenario for using TIM, and then fill the digital information model with data when carrying out work. This digital model is also called a digital twin of the building. After all, in essence, with the launch of TIM, the construction company will build its facility first "digitally", and then on a real construction site. And when such a digital twin of the house appears, then working with it at all stages becomes much simpler and more cost-effective, starting from design and ending with the operation of the house after its delivery. This is the main advantage of introducing TIM in development," the expert says.
