In just two years, our media about zero coding has grown its audience to hundreds of thousands of people. This is a cool result, and we decided to publicly share our successes. It so happened that the "Leaders of Change" team presented a rating specifically to demonstrate the use of innovative technologies in business processes. Our team happily responded to the offer to participate in the rating. We tell you what we have achieved and what tools we used for this!
The blog "I am Zerocoder" was created in 2022. It was conceived as a media outlet about the latest developments in the world of no-code development, neural networks and programming. In fact, the subject matter has remained unchanged: it is still news, developer stories, tool reviews, useful guides and discussions of topics that are of great interest to any IT specialist. Only the number of readers has changed. Two years later, the blog attracts more than a hundred thousand people monthly - and this is despite the fact that the team behind it, consisting of an editor and authors, has remained virtually unchanged. The only addition was a neural network that optimized work processes.
And now our blog has become a participant in the “Rating uk email database of Change Leaders” in the nomination “Leaders of Digital Transformation among Companies”!
The "Change Leaders Rating" was created to evaluate specialists and companies that have successfully implemented new technologies in their daily work. This award has several goals - promoting digital transformation among Russian companies, sharing experiences, highlighting professionals who have been particularly successful in transforming management models.
The rating included four nominations, one of which was "Leaders of Digital Transformation Among Companies". These are companies that have incorporated innovative technologies into their processes and achieved improved performance and product quality with their help. Our blog took part in this nomination.
In the spring of 2023, we connected a neural network to the editorial processes, which is supervised by one person. With its help, we find the most relevant news from the world of artificial intelligence and zero coding, after which the authors get to work. They additionally filter the topics, make the texts interesting and prepare the material in our characteristic style.
What's the bottom line? There's more content, while the editorial workload has decreased. We now create up to 300 materials per month versus 30 texts a year ago. As you've already understood, it's always important for us to provide material that is useful from both an applied and theoretical point of view. That's why authors no longer have to deal with the routine task of searching for research, reviewing a large amount of material in foreign media and social networks. All they have to do is structure the facts and convey all the information to you in a clear and simple way. Thanks to neural networks, the turnover in the editorial office has decreased, there's less stress and "fires" when submitting material. At the same time, the number of readers is only increasing every month.
That's why we decided to tell about our successes - maybe not to the whole world, but to the organizers and jury of the "Rating of Leaders of Change". And now we are telling you about our experience.
“With the help of the Digital Transformation Leaders Rating, we sought to assess the level of implementation and maturity of modern management approaches and digital transformation in Russian companies, encourage companies to talk about their achievements, and share them with the industry!
We evaluated more than 40 questionnaires in four nominations, carefully studied their cases and once again became convinced that we have many worthy managers in our country. During the final awards conference, company representatives repeatedly said that they were also able to gain a lot of important management knowledge for themselves," - Sergey Rogachev, CEO of the company "Leaders of Changes".
If you are new to us, let us remind you that in the blog "I am Zerocoder" we talk about new technologies, publish relevant guides and simply try to be useful. Using our personal example, we wanted to show that the tools we write about really need to be used both at work and in everyday life. Moreover, mastering new complex tools is always a competitive advantage.
We believe that you will succeed. Good luck!
