Identify the entity for which you wish to obtain the permanent certificate, filling in its NIPC and clicking on "Validate entity”. If you do not know the NIPC, you can search by entity name;
Choose the type of certificate you wish to subscribe to;
Choose the desired subscription period, from 1 to 4 years, and the language (Portuguese or English) and click on "Continue”;
Check that the data presented is all correct;
You can add new subscriptions or renewals if you wish, as well as edit anything you need; otherwise, click on "Continue”;
Enter the data to issue the receipt, choose the payment method between Multibanco or Visa/Mastercard and click on "Continue”;
The certificate code will be generated and sent by email, and will be available after payment has been successfully processed. When it is available, you will receive a notification via the contact details you have provided.

for the permanent registration certificate, it varies between €25 for 1 year and €70 for 4 years;
for the permanent registration certificate and documents, it varies between €55 for 1 year and €154 for 4 years;
for the permanent certificate of updated articles of association/statutes, it varies between €20 for 1 year and €50 for 4 years.
